You’ve all probably experienced a nightmare customer.

Concertgoers get rowdy and units get tipped over. Maybe your construction unit is continually blocked by equipment but you get angry complaints about lack of service. The list could go on and on.

A recent article on a sports website featured a runner’s interview with a portable restroom operator, and she was dismayed to learn that her fellow race participants were his worst customers. Some of the blame falls on the race directors: they cut corners to save money and often try to get by with fewer units than are probably necessary. Combine an inadequate number of units with hundreds of nervous people who need to use them and the result is not good.
