WWETT Show Climbs in Trade Show Rankings

The Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) Show continues to grow, and people are taking notice.

Trade Show News Network has released its list of Top 250 Trade Shows in the United States for 2014. The Pumper & Cleaner Environmental Expo International, which became the WWETT Show in 2015, climbed four spots from the previous year to No. 70 in the latest rankings.

Ranked by net square footage, the TSNN list represents the top U.S. trade shows held last year. The WWETT Show is the largest trade show of its kind. In 2014, the four-day event occupied 564,000 square feet at the Indiana Convention Center — its home since 2011 — and drew over 12,000 water and wastewater professionals to downtown Indianapolis.

The latest TSNN Top 250 ranking highlights the continued growth of the WWETT Show. The 2014 event attracted 8,583 attendees representing 3,766 companies from 51 different countries, in addition to 3,852 exhibitor staff. By comparison, those numbers all grew by more than 10 percent at the 2015 WWETT Show, which celebrated its 35th anniversary Feb. 23-26.

Last year, the WWETT Show was No. 74 on the 2013 TSNN Top 250 Trade Shows list. Additionally, it was ranked No. 64 as part of Gold 100 published by Trade Show Executive Magazine.

The 2016 WWETT Show will be held Wednesday, Feb. 17, through Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Indiana Convention Center. Early online registration is available.

The WWETT Show offers the latest products, technologies and education related to the water, wastewater and environmental services industry and features exhibits, educational seminars and live equipment demonstrations.
