The winner of the July Portable Restroom Operator Where’s the Restroom? contest is Katie O'Gorman of Saugus, Massachusetts. O'Gorman was the first reader to correctly identify the restroom trailer location at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina.
