Pinto Site Services doesn’t scrimp on quality when supplying construction companies with restrooms in and around Grand Island, New York.
In its first two years of business, the company acquired more than a dozen fully appointed restroom trailers to deploy on work sites. These units have four to six stalls with Arctic heating packages for winter, air conditioning for summer, Bluetooth stereo sound and more amenities.
Owner Giorgio Panepinto relies on Mark Rosen at Ready2Go Trailer Sales to supply the units. The company is a manufacturer and a broker, capable of delivering trailers on short notice when needed.
Panepinto observes, “I can call Mark at nine o’clock at night on a Friday and say, ‘Hey, I’ve got a client who needs a six-station restroom trailer early next week.’ He’ll say, ‘I’ll find one.’ He knows his stuff, and I really enjoy doing business with them.”
Ready2Go Trailer Sales is based in Pittsburgh and has nationwide sales support. The firm custom designs and builds its own trailers and represents various trailer manufacturers across North America. In addition to rental companies like Pinto, the diverse client base includes government agencies, nonprofit organizations, emergency and disaster recovery services, and schools and universities.
The business focuses on customer needs, providing a consultative approach, and working to deliver service on time and within budget. Offerings include standard and ADA-compliant restroom trailers, plus shower and specialty trailers.
The company’s own restroom trailers are fully appointed. Each stall has a separate entrance and is equipped with an ultra-low water use, ceramic-bowl, pedal flush toilet, pedestal sink, shatterproof mirror, and soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers. The four-stall trailers have 150-gallon freshwater tanks and 480-gallon waste tanks.
Standard interior features include smooth, durable fiberglass walls, 12-volt LED lighting, climate-control sensors, self-closing commercial faucets, and one-piece transit-grade, nonabsorbent flooring.
Other features include 28-inch heavy-duty entrance doors with heavy-duty closures, occupancy lighting, one-piece roof, a smooth yet durable fiberglass exterior, insulated walls and ceiling, porch lights at all entry doors, and fold-down steps with swing-out grab handles.
A city water connection is included. Waste tanks are made of 1/2-inch HDPE and have LED level indicators. Each trailer has a torsion axle, aluminum wheels with E-rated trailer-specific nitro-filled tires, a tongue jack and stabilizer jacks on all four corners.
