Welcome to my new editor’s blog. In the past, I’ve communicated with readers of PRO in many traditional ways … through print in the magazine that arrives in your mailbox every month to the great one-on-one discussions we’ve had at the Pumper & Cleaner Expo over the years.
Now it’s time to start something completely different … we’re talking 21st century interaction through regular blog entries here at www.promonthly.com. And the start of a new year is a great time to kick it off. Hopefully you and I are rested and ready to go after a long holiday weekend, and looking forward to trying new and fresh ideas.
In upcoming weeks and months, I’ll use these blog entries in a variety of ways to add dynamic content to the web site. Sometimes I’ll pass along news flashes of industry information that can’t wait for the next issue of the magazine. Other times I may fill you in on topics that generated a lot of reader response in my e-mail bag. Still other blogs might include casual personal observations about a small business issue.
