As a fluffy blanket of snow covers our Northern Wisconsin landscape, I want to wish you Merry Christmas and the happiest New Year! As we close another year in the portable sanitation industry, I hope you find yourself in good health and with a positive outlook for the business in 2011.

5. All the service routes you run are routine and you get home every night in time for dinner with the family.
4. You have time to reflect with your staff on the successes of the past year.

2. There is nary a customer complaint and no restroom vandalism befalls you.
