More and more portable restroom operators start their annual experience at the Pumper & Cleaner Expo (coming up March 2-5) with Education Day seminars, to be held on Wednesday, March 2 this year. If you’re an Expo regular who’s never taken advantage of these learning opportunities, take a look at this month’s issue of PRO for some convincing.
First off, the January magazine includes a complete list of Education Day seminars, including information aimed specifically at portable restroom contractors. These include panel discussions organized by the Portable Sanitation Association International on understanding the true cost for services provided. Sessions also focus on small business marketing, with a full day of presentations by motivational speaker and business coach Scott Hunter.
In our Think Tank feature for January, PROs talk about the valuable lessons they learned at Education Day. Whether it’s learning about a new service they could offer to customers or how to build more profitability into their daily service routes, these contractors all said they were glad they participated in Education Day.
