What’s going on with restroom arsons in San Francisco? Three torched toilets were reported today in the SF Appeal online newspaper. Read the details here:

The website reported that two units were burned in the city Sept. 4 and another was set ablaze Sept. 20. This follows reports of 27 units lit up in 2008-09 and more the following year. This ongoing problem nationwide is one of the topics of my upcoming November From the Editor column in PRO.
