We celebrate our many American freedoms on the Fourth of July, but it’s no Independence Day for most PROs. Rather than being free to choose to watch the local parade from a lawn chair or enjoy the fireworks from a blanket with your family, I’ll bet you’ll be hustling to serve your friends and neighbors as they enjoy a restful holiday.
Working the summer holidays is just a sacrifice PROs know they have to make every year, and I hope you take a few weeks off in the winter to make up for it! I know you’d rather be busy making hay while the sun shines, as the farmers say, and for PROs, the upcoming week might be the most profitable of the year.
So what’s on your plate? How many different event customers are you serving over the next week, and how many units will you be cleaning? Grab your camera and take some photos to share with the readers here at PRO. Send me your favorite photos at editor@promonthly.com and we can publish them online or in the magazine.
Good luck and be safe over the Fourth. I will light a sparkler in your honor.
