The Portable Sanitation Association International just launched a new website at www.psai.org. The website was retooled to support the association’s new tiered membership focus as well as serve the public with helpful information on how to find PSAI members to provide service.

The association now offers four membership levels to portable sanitation contractors: platinum, gold, silver and bronze. The FAQ and other pages explain the new system and the features and benefits offered at each level of membership. Navigate around the site and learn more about the changes.

An area designed to be used by the public explains basic information about portable sanitation to help customers plan to use these services. A PRO Finder feature is aimed at helping the public find qualified PROs in their area and give members an advantage in the marketplace.

In an About the PSAI area, visitors are introduced to the PSAI’s new staff, Kathy Gertsema, the director of operations, and Stacy Connolly, the membership coordinator. It also introduces the association’s executive board and board of directors with photos and contact information. In addition to President Jeff Wigley and Vice President Ron Crosier, others serving in key positions are Tim Petersen, James Elliot, Kathy Crafton, Karen Holm, Cory Morton, Jake Groen, Bob Earl, Nancy Gump-Melancon, Matt Sola, Rajeev Kher, John Pausma and Katie Potter.

Take a look around the new PSAI website. Wigley told me last week that he welcomes any feedback members have about the changes, as well as anything PROs would like to see addressed in the online presence.
