More operators are turning to software technology to help organize, manage and expand their business, and AllyPro’s Enterprise Business Manager software is designed specifically for the portable restroom industry.

“AllyPro has basically been conceptualized by our users,” says Lee Moore, director of operations for AllyPro. “We rely on industry professionals to tell us what they need, and don’t get ourselves into the mindset of telling them what they need.”

AllyPro is designed to track tasks, send reminders and keep client information in files for future use. “It is a complete inventory system,” Moore says. “Users know exactly how many portables they have, where they are and what they have on hand at any given date.”

It also serves as a billing platform with standardized pricing and customer-specific pricing. It has the ability to prorate, normal or anniversary billing, accounts receivables, payment processing, automatic late reminders, autopay, finance charging and credit card processing.

Along with billing and inventory management, AllyPro users will find a complete dispatch system with drag-and-drop features as well as built-in route optimization. “It has user maps, where the client can geofence his route areas and customer service reps can instantly know what day a portable can be delivered, serviced or picked up.”

Moore says AllyPro “assists you through the necessary steps to add customers, add service locations, add services, build routes and do billing. Getting to that point requires an obvious investment in time and energy as we are building the system to cater to your business. Once up and running, it’s very intuitive and straightforward.”

AllyPro offers scaled back versions of the full Enterprise model, breaking it down into two packages: Essential and Elite. “The Essential package is for small or new companies to use AllyPro features in building out their initial business,” Moore says. The Elite is offered for businesses that are slightly bigger and looking for a few more features and options.

Businesses can easily transition between packages so they don’t outgrow the system. “Everything in the Essential platform is used in Elite,” Moore says. “You get more features, but you are in the same system, so the look, feel and utilization doesn’t change except for more stuff.” 888-974-8488; www.allypro.com
