A worker was seriously injured on a new construction site in Durham, North Carolina, when a large metal beam fell from the fifth story of a build and crushed the portable restroom he was occupying. The contracting company is cooperating with the OSHA investigation of the accident.An unwisely placed portable toilet is the subject of a pilot’s lawsuit against a Utah nonprofit.
