Mr. John portable sanitation acquires Aparos Little John
Mr. John, a 53-year-old portable sanitation company based in Keasbey, New Jersey, acquired Aparos Little John, a 30-year-old portable sanitation company based in Bay Shore, New York. Mr. John assumes all Aparos Little John assets, operations, and customers, creating a company with more than 300 employees and 4,300 active customers across New York and New Jersey. The transaction closed on Nov.15.
PolyPortables announces leadership changes
PolyPortables announced changes to its leadership team. Eric Capers has been promoted from vice president of sales to president. Capers assumes responsibility for all daily operations and will report to CEO Jeff Thomas. Charlie Bini was promoted from business development manager to vice president of sales.
