PolyJohn Enterprises, a global leader in portable sanitation solutions, has announced the acquisition of EcoFab, a Dubai-based manufacturer of advanced vacuum toilet systems.
The acquisition brings EcoFab fully under PolyJohn ownership, including all intellectual property, and marks a significant expansion of PolyJohn’s technology platform and global manufacturing footprint.
EcoFab’s vacuum toilet systems represent a fundamentally different category of sanitation solution. Unlike mobile restroom trailers, conventional plastic portable toilets or legacy gravity-based systems, EcoFab’s products are engineered vacuum-driven units designed for demanding applications where water efficiency, performance and reliability are critical. These systems have gained strong traction across high end events, construction and specialized infrastructure environments where traditional solutions fall short.
With this acquisition, PolyJohn now owns and controls the complete EcoFab technology stack, including existing designs and future developments. Innovation will continue, according to the company, with continuous development of vacuum pump systems and supporting technologies, backed by PolyJohn’s engineering resources and global scale.
Manufacturing of EcoFab vacuum toilet systems will continue in Dubai, maintaining existing specifications, build quality and performance standards. PolyJohn will lead global scaling efforts, leveraging its supply chain, operational expertise and international reach to support increased production and worldwide delivery.
