At Jefferson, Texas-based Port-A-Jon, servicing portable restrooms is a family affair. When launching the business, owner John Harper and his wife enlisted their then 14-year-old son to assemble toilets. Today their daughter works for the company and the third generation is already buying in, with Harper's preteen grandsons getting in on the restroom-cleaning action.
