FMC Advisors welcomes Andy Pridgeon as vice president of business development. Pridgeon brings skills in process development and implementation, in addition to experience in sales and operation planning. He has built systems and processes around customer support and acquisition, scaling and management of organizational growth, and forecasting and customer success programs.
Ameri-Can announces software upgrade
Ameri-Can is transitioning to new Enterprise Resource Planning software to provide better communication and smoother, quicker parts and service for previous trailers. There will be changes in the way quotes, invoices and emails look, along with a streamlined process for placing orders, shipments and payments with credit cards for parts. Some changes include a new trailer configurator, detailed pricing breakdowns, and serial and trailer number tracking.
