AirVote expands connectivity across industry platforms
AirVote has expanded its connectivity capabilities to help operators streamline how customer feedback ties into their existing operational tools. With customer-authorized access, AirVote can securely pull customer, asset and service information from commonly used platforms, and in some cases connect directly to available endpoints. This allows operators to link feedback with recent and upcoming service jobs, turning even critical end-user feedback into a powerful sales tool to help grow the business. AirVote’s currently published connectivity options include HelloTracks, ServiceCore (for supported functions) and CRO Software.
The company is also developing smart integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Samsara, Navusoft and PrimeFyre, enabling data exchange where platform capabilities and customer needs allow. In addition to external connections, AirVote offers simple built-in service logging and asset tracking, letting operators connect field activity directly to customer feedback.
