Question: I am new to the portable restroom business and trying to learn our customers’ needs. Have any of you ever conducted a survey of your customers? If so, do you have any suggestions? Answers: I always go and visit customers and shoot the breeze with them as soon as the job starts. I take an interest in the project and show real interest in their work. I ask them lots of questions and spot further areas where we can secure more work or supply different services that they would never have known we did. I learned a vital lesson
